W.A.L.T We are learning to write and share some info about our lives
My blog is a collection of my work at various stages, across different curriculum areas. Throughout my time at Paparore School I may share draft copies of my work for feedback and feedforward. Other times I will share my final published pieces.

Ahoy Waitangi
Moment in time:Rhib ride
Me and Lyrik just finished devouring our scrumptious lunch. A man in a monkey suit comes up to us and asks if we want to go on the rhib boat, Me and Lyrik looks at each other, “Of course we’ll go,” we said as we ran to the life jackets. Lyrik got his on in no time while I was struggling to get mine on. “I’ve got it on. I’m ready!” We shot outside but we almost forgot something, the helmets! We ran back inside with no hesitation to get our helmets on. “Uhhhhh how do we get this on?” I asked the man in the monkey suit. He came to me and unplugged something on my helmet and all of a sudden it started deflating. I saw what it was. He told me to put it in my mouth and blow, so I did. Now we're ready to go. We got in the rhib. We get lowered down into the calm sea. VRRRR were off I see the dolphins smooth silky skin. A dolphins nearly jumps in our rhib! People are squirting me with the fire hose. I felt like I had the whole ocean in my shoes. I nearly passed out because I felt a little queasy but I hit my head on the bar witch stopped me from falling of the boat. I barely have a grip. We got pulled up by the chain again. Phew what a relief I'm off that thing.
